Hands Ahead will confirm its North Carolina charitable solicitation status and provide the appropriate information or disclosures required for its activities.

If the applicable exemption is approved, the licensed-organization statement should not be displayed. If Hands Ahead remains licensed, the required North Carolina disclosure should be included on applicable solicitation materials.
